A. Statutory 14-day cancellation right

You may cancel an eligible distance purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, receives the goods. For a single order delivered separately, the period starts when the last goods are received.

Notify Sunpura Energy GmbH at contact@sunpuraenergy.com or by post to Alt Niederhofheim 29 A, 65835 Liederbach am Taunus, Germany, by a clear statement before the period expires. You may use the form below, but this is optional. Prior approval, an RMA number or original packaging is not a condition of statutory cancellation.

Return the goods without undue delay and within 14 days after notifying cancellation. Contact us for the correct return address and safe battery-transport instructions. The registered office is not automatically the returns warehouse. You bear direct change-of-mind return costs only where we informed you before purchase as required by law; for goods not normally returnable by post we must disclose an estimate before purchase. If the required disclosure was not made, we bear those costs. We bear legally required return costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

We refund the payments covered by the cancellation, including the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery, within 14 days of receiving your notice. We may withhold reimbursement until the goods are received or you provide evidence of sending them back, whichever is earlier. Extra delivery costs from an upgraded delivery choice need not be refunded. Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without refund fees. A deduction for diminished value is permitted only to the extent allowed by law for handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning.

C. Voluntary 30-day returns

In addition to statutory rights, you can request a change-of-mind return within 30 days after receipt. For requests outside the statutory cancellation period, goods must be complete, undamaged and in a condition suitable for resale, with accessories and safe packaging. Contact us for the return address and transport instructions. You bear the agreed direct return costs for a voluntary return without a defect; any label or collection fee is disclosed before you agree to it. The return and refund arrangements are confirmed with you. Statutory cancellation, faulty-goods rights and guarantee rights are unaffected.

For faulty goods, incorrect goods, transport damage or unsafe batteries, contact us promptly for an appropriate remedy and safe transport. Do not send damaged batteries through an ordinary parcel service. Immediate reporting and original packaging are not conditions of statutory remedies.
